I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.

From start to finish simply…

From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Kerry had always been able to reassure and told it how it is. Thank you so much Kerry and your team in having looked after myself and Peter throughout this process. Many thanks Amber and Peter

Very poor experience.

Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Communication is vague

Communication is vague, don’t feel that I have been listened to. The property being purchased is a new build, from a private seller, no chains involved. From the start they spoke about the house being the incorrect number, I pointed out several times that they were talking about the neighbouring property. So, what happens when the searches come back? It’s for the wrong property! These papers were sent to me, I really would have thought so called professionals would have noted that they there were different addresses on papers. Not at all happy with the progress. I will certainly never use this company again.

They answered the phone unlike other companies 👍

With the stress of moving house the dedicated team always answered our questions quickly and professionally, and put our minds at rest. The difference I found from other companies I’ve used in the past was, they answered the phone. Made so much of a difference when your worried about things ! Thank you.

So slow and inefficient

Currently having the most stressful experience trying to sell my house and buy another. I’m now in month 8 of selling my house and the process has been so slow and inefficient. My solicitor is not proactive in resolving enquiries from buyers solicitor, just waits for email responses, absolutely no chasing. I myself have actually phoned the property management company to get answers for enquiries to speed the process up. I made it very clear I had a deadline of 31st July to complete as this is when my current tenancy ends. This has passed and still not even exchanged. I’m now paying for temporary accommodation and will have to book unpaid leave from work to move. The situation has had me in tears more than once as it’s so stressful.

Excellent and efficient service.

Very good and efficient service from Simply Conveyancing on both the sale of one property and the purchase of another. Everything went smoothly on both transactions. The communication was excellent. My lawyer Samantha was very responsive and always willing to answer any questions quickly. Having her direct line meant I could contact her whenever I needed and that to me was very important.

K Foley was fantastic!

I have nothing bad to say about Simply Conveyancing. Specifically the wonderful Kelly Foley who was assigned to the sale of my flat and my onward purchase. She was professional, patient throughout and explained everything very clearly. I had complete trust in her handling the transaction and got replies to my emails usually within 24/48 hrs. My sale got quite complicated and challenging and the process dragged on for about 8 months, but Kelly helped as much as she could in the circumstances and did all that was needed to get us over the line. For that I am very grateful. Very happy in our new home. I would recommend.

Simply Conveyancing made the whole…

Simply Conveyancing made the whole buying and selling process much less stressful, our property lawyer was very helpful, knowledgeable and communicated well. The app was also very helpful, especially the tracker so that we could see exactly where we were along the way.
