I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very responsive and helpful
Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

We've just exchanged on the purchase of our first property so thought I would share the amazing experience I have recieved from start to finish. From the very first phone call our solicitor, Gary Wort was informative, personable and reliable. He talked us through the process and what to expect over the coming months. Every phone call, if not answered immediately, was responded to by the end of play on that same day. Even when calling the main office number, every member of staff could not have done more to help us.! We have had such a positive experience with simply conveyancing were actually sad we won't need to speak to them anymore.!
