I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

Simply Conveyancing has been great. Trinity, our Property Lawyer has been Superb! We had the pleasure of working with her and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, she demonstrated professionalism and efficiency. Our property purchase has been stressful, overwhelming and complex due to time constraint. We have been asked to move out of our rented flat on a specific day without extension. Trinity displayed poise and confidence and reassured us that we will complete the transaction in time... We could have been homeless if not for her. But no! It was a buzzer beater, photo finish, just in the nick of time kind of event for us. Catriona Murray who was my solicitor for my house sale and purchase was just brilliant! Everythjng was clear, detailed and made as simple as possible. Every interaction was followed up with an email, a text message and confirmation of next steps. No question was too silly or repetitive.
