I found the experience with Simply Conveyancing to be simply comforting. The process was relatively smooth, there are always hiccups or unexpected questions from other parties, but SC really helped reduce the noise. They were always available, clear if someone else was covering and answered any questions / emails super fast.
From start to finish simply conveyancing have been an excellent solicitors dealing with our property. Kerry has been amazing she is truely professional and always no issues in communication even when there was holidays our case was always looked after by someone else until she was back and took it straight over again. Very poor experience. A very prolonged process of 7 months to complete, a lot of stress,loss of finance and the burden of almost 100 emails to reply to.Completed purchase a week ago but don’t have keys to enter the flat and indifferent reply from lawyer.Inexperienced staff,would not advise the service.

First class Service! I have been so impressed with this company, and will be recommending them to all my friends and family. My solicitor Fiona Dunlop has been amazing, she's been patient, communicated extremely well throughout the process and responded in a very timely manner to all my queries and emails. What I love about this firm, is how organised they are, and the portal that is available, so you can see very clearly what you have to do, and every time there is an update, I receive an email and text message informing me, which is extremely helpful. Was allocated a shockingly bad conveyancer via Simply Conveyancing who now seems to be deliberately obstructing the sale of my property. I have had advice from other solicitors who cannot believe what is happening. Almost 8 months going through the sale of my flat and I am at risk of losing it, costing me thousands too. Disgusting!

These solicitors were the "trusted partners" of our estate agents so we went with them on that basis. The level of communication has been truly shocking. Our assigned solicitor refuses to respond to emails, all phone calls go straight to voicemail and then to unanswered. The senior manager claims they're chasing our assigned solicitor but still nothing happens. These sales have been months in the process and are on the brink of falling through solely because simply conveyancing refuse to do their jobs

What we liked most about using simply conveyancing was the fact that you got to actually speak to your own conveyancer by a direct line and they actually answer. On the only occasion it went to voice mail they called me back very promptly. We would recommend using this company to friends and family without hesitation.
