I never had much faith in estate agents.... then I met Wes Collins and he changed all that. After several bad experiences with estate agents in the past, both buying and selling properties, Wes and Sell My Home made the purchase of a property much easier than I thought possible.
My previous experience has always been that estate agents tell you what you want to hear or are even outright dishonest (to the point of telling us that the conveyancers were wrong and they were right), as all they care about is getting the sale to go through and doing as little as possible.
Wes, on the other hand, was very communicative, very helpful, and completely upfront about everything.
His knowledge and expertise, as well as his close communication with other parties such as the sellerβs solicitor and my own, helped ensure a quick and easy purchase, and resolutions to a couple of issues picked up in the survey.
After moving in, Wes has still remained very helpful in providing numbers for recommended tradesmen and professionals, communication with the seller when information was needed etc.

I would recommend Sellmyhome without hesitation to anyone that asks. Actually, on reflection, I would recommend them even if they didn't.
Booking an appointment was a very easy online process with little information required to do so. All available appointments were clearly displayed on the site so no back and forth was required between myself, seller and agent. When I did have a call prior to the appointment, the team from Sellmyhome were very friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions I had.
Landlord also sent a message before the appointment which was helpful and added a personal touch.
I was initially sceptical about using Sellmyhome to sell my property as I was concerned that they may not be as good as the traditional high street estate agents. However, after reading many positive reviews online about this new approach to buying and selling property, coupled with the significantly lower costs, I decided to give it a go. The cost was the main factor in deciding to use Sellmyhome as I was selling a property valued in excess of Β£500,000. From initial contact, through getting my property ready to market, they were absolutely fabulous. The information provided helped me to market the property how I wanted, giving me complete control over marketing material and property showings. The way they structure their offering, with various enhancements, also allowed me to pick and choose precisely the level of support I wanted from them. They kept me fully up to date with feedback received from interested parties and I was able to view and accept/reject any offers online. The sales manager (Harry Hooper) called me every time he had information to provide and generally updated me on progress every week. I had a buyer who was involved in a particularly difficult chain and Harry patiently dealt with them (and me), by keeping the parties advised of progress all the way through the legal process to completion. By communicating with the two solicitors and other parties, Harry was able to nudge the sale along whenever he felt that things were progressing slower than they should be. Harry established positive relationships with both solicitors and knew exactly what was happening and communicated progress as necessary. I would have no hesitation in using Sellmyhome again. They were very professional and I highly recommend them. As pleasant an experience as selling a house can be!

Sellmyhome were efficient, professional, friendly and responsive (when compared to the traditional estate agent that we tried initially). We had zero viewings with the traditional agent/around 20 viewings with Sellmyhome - and a huge saving on agent fees too. The photography and marketing were exceptional. We also liked the online dashboard and booking system, which was so helpful and easy to use. However, Sellmyhome also offer excellent, personalised telephone support, with dedicated individuals who follow through from chasing up feedback on viewings, negotiating on price through to ensuring the sale progresses smoothly. Always pro-active. We can not fault anything about the service - excellent in every respect. Thank you Harry, Tom and the entire team.
From the moment I submitted my details online, the process to advertise my property was quickly and efficiently handled. They are available 7 days a week and selling through this company allows you to have your home viewed at your convenience, including both Saturdays and Sundays.

After deciding to move as a family, I approached a traditional high street agent. Although he was helpful and friendly, I couldn't justify their 'cut' for selling my house.
