Excellent communication, superbly efficient and highly professional.
Sellmyhome were efficient, professional, friendly and responsive (when compared to the traditional estate agent that we tried initially). We had zero viewings with the traditional agent/around 20 viewings with Sellmyhome - and a huge saving on agent fees too. The photography and marketing were exceptional. We also liked the online dashboard and booking system, which was so helpful and easy to use. However, Sellmyhome also offer excellent, personalised telephone support, with dedicated individuals who follow through from chasing up feedback on viewings, negotiating on price through to ensuring the sale progresses smoothly.
