I never had much faith in estate agents.... then I met Wes Collins and he changed all that. From the moment I contacted him about a property he was selling, right through to him selling our own home, his expertise, support and dedication was superb. There was no overselling or ego boosting, just well researched information and years of experience.
Wes genuinely cares about the homes he sells and their owners. He was always there at the end of the phone with advice or just a bit of moral support no matter what time of day or night.
Wes works on his own, so he knows your home and he is the one to pass this on to potential buyers and I believe that made our sale so easy. You get a personal service at a fantastic price.
Our survey came back with a few issues and Wes was right there with us, guiding and even recommending tradesmen, which we have used and now recommed to others. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him.

After several bad experiences with estate agents in the past, both buying and selling properties, Wes and Sell My Home made the purchase of a property much easier than I thought possible.
My previous experience has always been that estate agents tell you what you want to hear or are even outright dishonest (to the point of telling us that the conveyancers were wrong and they were right), as all they care about is getting the sale to go through and doing as little as possible.
Wes, on the other hand, was very communicative, very helpful, and completely upfront about everything.
His knowledge and expertise, as well as his close communication with other parties such as the seller’s solicitor and my own, helped ensure a quick and easy purchase, and resolutions to a couple of issues picked up in the survey.
After moving in, Wes has still remained very helpful in providing numbers for recommended tradesmen and professionals, communication with the seller when information was needed etc.
Wes is not only a true professional but a genuinely nice guy who is clearly passionate about his job and ensuring his clients are happy.

I have just moved into my new house. If I had to do it all again I would choose Sell my home again without a doubt.
I was rather sceptical when my husband suggested we use them but I have been nothing but impressed. Communication was clear and prompt. The process was very simple, and the online booking system for managing viewings was great as I could say exactly when I was available and got a little info about prospective buyers before each viewing which was really useful.
We were looked after by Felix. Very professional, helpful and extremely polite. Communication with Felix was a breeze, on the rare occasion he wasn’t available he would get back to me very quickly via telephone or email.
I really felt that Felix always had our best interests in mind (unlike some other estate agent companies who play games!) and was very helpful when our buyer was being a bit difficult, managing it swiftly for us and constantly prompted our buyer to speed things along.
We wish Felix and the rest of Sell my home all the best. We will recommend your services to any friends and family we know who we hear are due to move house.

Sell my home provided me an excellent service when selling my property. They were always on hand to deal with any queries I had and made the whole process easy for me.

Fantastic service throughout. My solicitors were very slow, to the point where the purchase almost fell through, but Anna saved the day by constantly chasing them until we finally exchanged.
I was also impressed with the decision to use an omnidirectional camera to photograph the home. This feature allows you to navigate around the entire property without having to put up with confusing fish eye photographs that other estate agents like to use.
I have nothing but praise for Anna and Laura who managed my property for me, they gave me excellent advice me and keep me in the loop at all times. Highly recommended.
From the initial first steps to market my Mothers property, I felt a real sense of comfort and assurance this agent was different.
From the moment the photographer arrived, the photographs were taken and the 3D house tour completed, I knew I was in good hands.
Whilst the journey was long and sometimes difficult, I had the fortunate help of Laura Anderson, who proved committed, dedicated and truly helpful throughout.
So many questions go through your mind, often wondering if you have done the right thing....well I can assure you of this estate agent, as I had never any reason to doubt their professionalism or the level of communication along the way.
The dashboard really does help you keep tabs on offers, presentation and descriptive text of your property. I used Jonathan to do the viewings, and found him to be very helpful. Essentially this enabled me to continue my working life, without having to worry about taking time off work to attend the viewings. Such a great help!
I would also like to take the opportunity to thank Harry for his personal help and support, particularly when Laura returned back to her home in New Zealand. It’s always difficult picking up from a highly regarded member of the SellMyHome team, but Harry managed this with ease and this was much appreciated.

We have just exchanged contracts and the whole process was really easy, our agent was Anna Willis and she was absolutely brilliant, she was available to help and answer any questions and if she was not available (very rarely) a member of the team was always there to help. Anna was really easy to deal with and always did what she said she would do (this is not always the case with estate agents).Anna was really professional and made the whole process of selling our house easy. She answered all calls and emails promptly and was really efficient in all matters.
The whole team at Sellmyhome were great and I can't praise them enough. The photos and video of the house were great and done really professionally. I can't believe all of this service was done for such a low price. When I first decided to go with an online agent I had my doubts but I can't recommend them enough, if there were a 10* award I would give it to them. Thank you to the team and a huge thank you to Anna.
Great online experience paired with the personal touch
In summary a great online experience with incredible personal support from our agent Anna.
When selling our house we wanted to use an online agent for two reasons
1) because most people search for houses today through internet sites rather than browsing the window of a bricks and mortar shop
2) the fairer pricing structure.
Nevertheless it was an untested service for us and we were not sure what to expect. We needn't have worried. The marketing of the property through Rightmove and Zoopla was very professional especially the 3D walkthrough which gives potential buyers a very good idea of what the house is like even before viewing. This means that most people requesting to view are genuinely interested in the property.
Once we had an offer we had opted for the extra completion management service. Best of £200 we have ever spent! Our sale turned out to be a very complex and stressful process with many issues along the way, right up until exchange. Without the support of Anna who phoned solicitors up and down the chain and kept in contact with our buyer, I am certain we would not have completed the sale. She was very professional and treated us as people rather than a transaction in a sales ledger. She often went the extra mile to help us out even offering to be in contact when she was on annual leave. We can't recommend her highly enough and suggest if you anticipate any bumps in the road with your sale that you definitely opt for completion management.

We were so so impressed with our entire experience with Sell My Home. We had three attempts to sell our house with high street estate agents with extremely high fees and we were so disappointed by their service. Sell My Home were an entirely different experience! Everyone that we dealt with was highly professional and friendly, the online system was amazing and the cost was low. We ended up in a very tricky chain with a lot of difficult situations to deal with and the Sell My Home team were absolutely fantastic! They supported us at every step and saw it through to the end.
