I have just moved into my new house. If I had to do it all again I would choose Sell my home again without a doubt. I was rather sceptical when my husband suggested we use them but I have been nothing but impressed. Communication was clear and prompt. The process was very simple, and the online booking system for managing viewings was great as I could say exactly when I was available and got a little info about prospective buyers before each viewing which was really useful. We were looked after by Felix. Very professional, helpful and extremely polite. Communication with Felix was a breeze, on the rare occasion he wasn’t available he would get back to me very quickly via telephone or email. I really felt that Felix always had our best interests in mind (unlike some other estate agent companies who play games!) and was very helpful when our buyer was being a bit difficult, managing it swiftly for us and constantly prompted our buyer to speed things along.
