Great in every department. Will do it again. Amazingly good organised.
All inclusive holiday very good. No hidden costs. The variety of tours was excellent and the quality too of a high standard. We have no hesitation in recommending Scenic.
We found the cruise disappointing. The staff were all lovely, polite and helpful, the room was kept clean and tidy and it was well organized. The food was good. The guides were all excellent. However pictures in the brochure were misleading. We only "cruised" for one afternoon where we could see the scenery we mostly travelled at night. Our cabin was also above the engine room and the bed actually shook at night. We thought we were booking an up market luxury cruise but it honestly felt more like a holiday camp. The photo in the brochure shows a couple at a table with space all around being served by a waiter. We were all crammed into the dining area with so little space you could hardly walk between the tables.

The Scenic app for phones is an excellent resource indispensable to us! In addition, the excursion selections and tour guides are second to none and I haven't even mentioned the excellent food and wine selections yet. We look forward to our third Scenic adventure!

Our cruise to Greenland was supposed to include Pond Inlet in Canada. This was cancelled by Scenic with no real reason. Apparently Canadian Port / Cruise authorities were reducing the number of vessels in the area. Despite this a second Scenic vessel together to a number of other vessels were cruising the area. I assume, as the vessel was only one third occupied this was a cost saving measure with no offer of compensation offered to guests. Scenic promote themselves as the highest quality vessels in the industry. I cannot agree with this. We spent days cruising past beautiful scenery / icebergs. Unfortunately at the owners insistence the blinds in the large lounge are always closed, for the ambiance but not considering the views that we were all missing. Views from the Observation Lounge are restricted by outside railings which interferes with the views. Food in the buffet breakfast/ lunch although extensive was usually luke warm at best. There is some quality provisions as you would expect, entertainment was limited but excellent, cabins very nice but style over substance ( no sink plug option in bathroom sinks! Therefore continuing running water for washing/ shaving. Lectures and staff excellent.

It was fantastic from the collection at our front door, the flight, cabin, food and especially the service from start to our return home. The tours were outstanding with knowledgeable guides, the special trip out was very memorable. Well done to scenic, you deserve your 5 star rating if not higher.

Excursions very good and well organised. Restaurant staff either overworked or undertrained, consequently service not up to standard expected. Luxury used to be key but standards have fallen recently, eg, poor quality toiletries bolted to wall in difficult positions and cheap and nasty slippers.
