The service provided by this company was exceptional, Fast! and reliable. I love that its a one time payment and no extras fees or paying the driver in cash. Within a week my car was send to its destination arrived one day earlier, and no issues.

Using Road Runner was wasteful and impossible to communicate with! They NEVER answered their phone and the only reason we had a great experience was because I got the name of the actual transporting company and contacted them direct. Road Runner is nothing more than a SALES BROKER. Once they get the order you’re on your own. I suggest you google transport carriers and deal direct. We transported from NJ to NV at a cost of $1,300. The actual transporting company got $800.

Roadrunner arranged for the transport of my 1998 Z3 from the Austin, TX area to Dallas. It was a pleasant experience throughout. From arranging and signing the agreement to the pickup in Austin and delivery of the car in Dallas everything went smoothly and on schedule. The people were professional, friendly, and accommodating. I will contract with Roadrunner for all future vehicle transport needs I may have.

What a pleasure it was to work with RoadRunner Transportation. They were super easy to deal with. Straight forward contract, and zero hassles. My wife and I had our Prius sent from our home here in Northern California and delivered to our daughter in Las Vegas. I took only one day to have it delivered. Zero problems and no hassles at all.
