Recently had a vehicle shipped to family members. Process was quick. Price was decent, although the estimated price did increase about $80 after we signed contract. Communication was good, car was picked up and delivered within the estimated time frame and in good condition. Driver was nice and kept us in the loop upon delivery. Overall happy with our experience.

Road Runner was very good with communication, though I had a bit of anxiety because carriers/drivers do not select your job until the date is getting close. Also be aware that they might select your job, but only if the price is a bit higher. This was my first time to ship a car, and it went very well, no complaints.
