Got the car there safe and sound and that’s what counted.
I booked the transport 30 days in advance and received 6 automated emails that everything is on schedule. Just to make sure I called 3 times and I was reassured. On the day of the scheduled pickup David called me and said that the transport is delayed by a week and the price is 30% more. While I was expressing my disappointment with the service he invited me to the Roadrunner HQ to do his job if I know how to do it better, and he said that he can cancel it all on the spot. Because of the price and timing changes I asked him for a couple of hours to talk it over. After the call ended he charged the credit card with the new increased price (by 30%!!!) without my approval. So lowball quote, bad scheduling (it seams to me that nobody tried to schedule for 30 days), horrible service.

Car pocked up next day and shipped from FL to NY in 2 days.
I contracted transport of my car from Texas to Michigan several weeks before ready day and informed RoadRunner Auto Transport that I needed to go on overseas trip 4 days after ready date. 1 day before my trip, and after several attempts to get ready date from them, they contacted me explaining there was option with pick up, 2 days after my trip and with cost increase of 20%. The phone personnel was really rude and hanged my phone twice, canceling the contract and leaving me in difficult situation. I can't imagine worse service. Be aware.

This is our second time moving our vehicle with Road Runner. They are very good. The driver was super friendly and arrived earlier than anticipated. The car did not have any issues or dings upon arrival.
