RoadRunner Auto Transport provided excellent communication with me each step of the process and provided online realtime tracking of my vehicle. My vehicle was picked up the day requested and even delivered 1 day ahead of requested delivery date. My vehicle arrived in great shape with no issues. The driver for J.C. Vega Trucking Company was very friendly and professional. He notified me of his arrival at a convenient delivery location and had my vehicle off loaded and ready for me when I arrived. I will use this company again.

The guy called and told us when he was going to be here. He was on time and park the car right in front of our driveway!

Driver friendly and communicated timing well. Scheduling team able to reschedule pickup for me as needed. Main drawback was that the agreed-upon price changed, and I was not advised at time of booking that I was essentially being provided an estimate. This bait and switch fortunately didn't cost more than another $100 or so, and it came with cross country delivery in 4 days instead of the original 7-9 estimated, so I figured it was okay, but it did keep you guys from getting 5 stars. If the change in price had been any more or if it hadn't been delivered more quickly in exchange for the higher price, I would have cancelled the order outright. Apart from that, customer service was pretty good.

Car was picked up and delivered on time. The dispatcher was very helpful and the driver was speedy!

They were very great with communication and very reliable took great care of my vehicle as well. The only reason I’m not giving 5 starts is due to the fact that when they dropped off the vehicle it was a 2 mile walk as they parked 2 miles away

I wish all my problems could be fixed so easily~ what a great experience with RoadRunner Auto Transport. My car broke down on an out of state trip which was extremely stressful. Once my car was repaired Road Runner picked it up from the Dealer & returned it to my home safe and sound. Every step of the process was seamless & stress free. I would like to personally thank the driver again. The traffic in my neighborhood is horrible. He did a fabulous job. I highly recommend this company.
