Lowball quote, delayed transport
I booked the transport 30 days in advance and received 6 automated emails that everything is on schedule. Just to make sure I called 3 times and I was reassured. On the day of the scheduled pickup David called me and said that the transport is delayed by a week and the price is 30% more. While I was expressing my disappointment with the service he invited me to the Roadrunner HQ to do his job if I know how to do it better, and he said that he can cancel it all on the spot. Because of the price and timing changes I asked him for a couple of hours to talk it over. After the call ended he charged the credit card with the new increased price (by 30%!!!) without my approval. So lowball quote, bad scheduling (it seams to me that nobody tried to schedule for 30 days), horrible service.
