Driver was a 5 star great attitude and flexible. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars overall is due to the delay of pickup from that Thursday until Friday. This could have caused quite the issue if I had left for my move without having a contact for the driver to meet. Once this resolved, the rest was great.
I had a great experience from Road Runner. There service is exceptional and the Delivery guy is very considerate and kind enough to accommodate me on my most convenient time.

Do NOT use this company if you're working from any sort of deadline or pace value in good communication skills - not even deserving of one star. I contracted with Kevin Chavez at RoadRunner several days before our pick up date in order to get our vehicle from SC to FL. Everything seemed to be going according to plan until the day of pick up, when it became increasingly late in the day and our vehicle needed to be dropped off prior to a flight early the next morning. Called Kevin and everyone else involved several times, with the reassurance that their carrier would meet us at the pre-arranged location before the end of the day. No one ever called or explained any delays, and ultimately I had to cancel my flight and drive our vehicle back myself. Didn't hear back from Road Runner until several days later, and that was to explain to me that a new carrier had been assigned! When I called again for some explanation, there was none or an apology. RoadRunner is not a well run company and their treatment of customers is abysmal.

Road Runner, you're FIRED! We are moving from one coast to another, leaving on the 31st. Hired Road Runner back in May. No one answers the telephone, they still don't have a carrier for the car. This is ridiculous. Terrible company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had to shut down my credit card so that they don't charge me for a service they aren't providing. Road Runner: I know you posted for a higher amount to block us from getting another driver. You're unethical and I wonder if I can sue you at this point? You are beyond dirty. THIS COMPANY IS FOUL. They will not answer the telephone so that I can't cancel my order. They are upping the amount offered to drivers on the posting they made, externally, to find a driver for this vehicle. They are doing this to block me from finding a driver through another company. Even more f'ed up is the fact that RoadRunner knows that we have nowhere to live after July 31. With a dog and a cat and new laws governing Air BnB's and short-term rentals finding a place to stay is out of the question. I hope RoadRunner gets exactly what they deserve. I have filed a report with the BBB. I am also placing this review everywhere so I can hopefully save others from making the same mistake.
Awful customer experience from start to finish...and I never even got my car shipped. Avoid at all costs. CONS:Bait n switch pricing(actual cost was $300 more than quoted only one day earlier), multiple carriers they assigned canceled the pickup with NO phone calls and only 1 email (the day of the first scheduled pickup). Customer service could not care less.
The company was honest and provided service in one day- getting the car in one location and delivering to another city/location. The driver gave the keys, etc to the motel manager and staff and the car was protected by the staff until we arrived - very pleased with the service and it was a one car trailer - before we had been on a trailer with many cars - we would use this company again.

Great communication with the driver
We scheduled an auto transport and were quoted a price of $685. We agreed to the terms and scheduled a pickup and delivery time. When we called to pay, we were told that the price had increased to $875 and that we needed to pay then or the price could increase to over $1,000. Checked with BetterBusinessBureau and there are 70 complaints regarding Roadrunner Auto Transport just in the last 12 months! They are running a bait and switch with pricing. Pick up and delivered as promised
I was satisfied with the service but I felt that the communication process could be a little better. I kind of felt that I was being ignored when I was calling the office to ask for help regarding the transport. I would still recommend your company to my friends and family but hopefully I won’t be needing your service anytime soon. GOD BLESS!!!
