Had a car picked up in Wisconsin to deliver to Augusta, Ga. With a 3 day arrival by Monday. Monday the driver called and said he couldn’t not make it and said he’d deliver Tuesday by noon, delivery did not happen. Wednesday no communication and no car. Thursday was told deliver would happen today, no car no communication from the driver. Read the reviews, this company is awful and so is the customer their service

All these positive reviews are from customers they intentionally invite to the page. There is a reason all the good reviews say "invited"! I am with a business who was doing weekly LTL shipments with Roadrunner. They were good for a few months, then just became terrible. About 10 shipments went smoothly, then all of a sudden they started losing part of the shipment. Three in a row were partially lost, and two of them were damaged. A representative told us we will definitely be reimbursed if they couldn't locate our lost boxes, so we continued using them. They ended up messing up five shipments and costing us tens of thousands of dollars. The representative who said we'll be reimbursed stopped responding to us and another person told us to file a claim - which was then denied because apparently our customer accepted the delivery. I emailed everybody involved and no one even answered. No accountability whatsoever. STAY AWAY!

Egor (driver) was so pleasant to deal with, and he transported my Audi from Chicago to LA in RECORD TIME (3 Days). This is my 2nd time using Roadrunner and I will not use anyone else for transportation needs. I also did my booking of the trip last minute (Friday night) and they still picked up my car the next day (Saturday).
Great everyone involve showed professional manner. I received call backs that made every moment a confident wait. The driver was very good and also showed to be a professional in his job also. Will be calling you again for the third time to ship back to Massachusetts.
RoadRunner was a no nonsense company. Quoted the job. Communication before pick up, day of pick, day of drop off was great. Car was picked up in Massachusetts 1/9/25 & delivered to California 1/13/25 Driver was professional & polite. I would definitely recommend & use them again.
Definitely one of the best vehicle transport experiences I've had, communication was a little rough but it all worked out great, high dollar vehicle arrived fast and in perfect condition .
I was told a driver would pick up a vehicle and give me a 3 hour window on a specific day. I never received the window. I called to check on a pick up window and I was told that I would get an email with the driver's number for contact because the office would be closed. I never received a text or email. The first call was over 23 minutes on hold. The second call the following day 2 was over 18 minutes. When I asked to receive a confirmation within 60 minutes the following day I was told that would not happen. I told her that I would like to cancel and receive verification of cancelation. She hung up on me. I did not receive a confirmation of a refund until I called customer service again and explained the situation and that I would be writing a review.
