Absolutely the easiest quickest reliable honest company that I recommend highly - I was not sure as we have never used an auto transport before - we booked our auto transport at the last minute and they were able to accommodate our time frame and even arrived earlier than quoted - car arrived in the same condition it left - Driver was great! Such a quick and easy process - great price too!

We were first time shippers. The alternative for us was the time and expense to drive the vehicle to the new destination. The first request for a quote was returned almost as soon as I finished typing and hit send. We chose to move forward with shipping as it was more affordable than driving one way and flying back. Everything happened as expected: pick up, travel time and the delivery.

Shipped a vehicle across the country. Picked roadrunner because the quoted price was competitive. When they called to schedule the pickup, they wanted an additional $300 due to the current market (first red flag). Vehicle pickup was no problem. On the day of delivery, the truck broke down about an hour and a half away. We had to drive a car there and then drive the car plus the picked up car back. The driver was nice and we understand stuff happens. I was told by the driver to expect some form of reimbursement. Never heard back. I called roadrunner and the lady on the phone said that they would not give any form of reimbursement. No willingness to work, nothing. They do not seem to care about their customers at all once they receive payment. Highly recommend you pick another broker. Response to company - R1507990

I have shipped my vehicles several times before and this has to be the worst experience! The communication is terrible. They were 1 day late picking up my vehicle without any prior notice of being late. I had to rebook my flight as a result. When speaking to customer service, they were not friendly or understanding at all. One of the representatives hung up on my husband. They are now 2 days late from the stated delivery date. After calling the shipping company that they are using to transport my vehicle several times (JR Trans Inc), I am now finding out that my vehicle will be further delayed with no explanation. This will put the delivery 3-4 days beyond the scheduled delivery date. This is the worst experience.
