Zoomo customer service is always amazing. They regularly maintain my bike to a great standard and their chat service is quick and effective. Dawn in particular is great and always goes above and beyond to do what she can to support us riders!
I returned my Zoomo bike as instructed by their staff, but they withheld my £50 deposit and charged an extra £5, claiming I needed to give one week’s notice—which was never mentioned at the time. Their poor communication and hidden policies made for a frustrating experience. Be cautious if renting from them, as you might face unexpected charges despite following their instructions.
I had a fantastic experience renting a bike from Zoomo! The process was quick and easy, and the staff was incredibly helpful. I took the bike to the Opera House, for the day and the ride was great. The bike was comfortable and well-maintained, making my ride enjoyable. I highly recommend Zoomo for anyone looking to rent a bike and have a great time!
I had rented a bike on 14th of October from zoomo and had paid advance rent, starting fee and the deposit to zoomo. On 17th of October Zoomo's third party barged into my buildings lobby without permission and broke the lock of my bike and took it away without my permission and notifying me. When I came back home I was not able to find my cycle and I thought it got stolen. This caused me serious distress and anxiety because I thought now I would be blamed for it. After some time I received an email from team zoomo that their third party took away the cycle from my buildings lobby by mistake and now I'll have to come again to their showroom to collect another cycle. I was only able to use my cycle for only 3 days despite of the fact that I had given an advance rent for 7 days. Additionally as they took away my cycle I had to bear the cost of travel to my university which I used to go on the cycle. I have been constantly emailing team zoomo but I have not been receiving any response for them. Team zoomo should refund my rent as they did not provide me the complete service and took away the cycle without my permission like thieves do. I reserve the right to take legal action as they not only failed to provide me the complete service even after charging me the entire money but they barged into my building's lobby and forcefully took away the cycle without my permission and now they are not even replying to my query. I would suggest everyone not to use this pathetic service as they can not keep up with their agreement and commitment. I have all the necessary evidence and documentation to support my claim.
That was amazing with the staff and service I'm very satisfied with the Customer service.
Was really enjoying the experience only for it to fail second day. Costing me earnings, and we only signed the agreement on Friday. I am really not happy. And to make it worse they are closed on the weekend. We'll be ripping this agreement up. I don't need this.

I had problem with my insurance document with Uber when I take bike rent from zoomo. I try to contact zoomo customer care through zoomo app and it's done smoothly. The person who called me done the process on the call and now my Uber app is working perfectly. Thank you.

Zoomo is very helpful for everybody but i think if you are a beginner you take weekly plan and then choose 12 weeks plan. One guy who name is jobelle he is very humble person and they know how to treat with costumers.
They locked the bike and expected me to continue with my plan, when fairly I stated that I don't hire locked bikes, I hire them in order for them to work so I can make money. Then they decided to attempt to repossess the bike, even after I offered thew bike back to them multiple times. Leaving me with a threat to say they'd report me for stealing the bike, I immediatley responded with, COME GET YOUR B IKE I DON"T WANT IT and what do they do go silent and refuse to collect the bike and continue stacking up a bills for future weeks despite the bike still being locked and unusable to me. Basically they are weird, lacking customer service, and the theft cover they make you pay for does NOTHING to benefit you, simply means they get their bike back. Why is that even a charge to the customer. Basically theft cover is an add on that is complete profit it's not an actual insurance cover and it costs $100 a month. They make a strong effort to make you believe the bike WILL be stolen. When I asked for theft cover to be removed that asked for confirmation 4 times before evert cancelling it and then refused to cancel it without a $150 deposit when they already gps track the bike. They are thieves go some where else
