Payment charged but service not provided

I had rented a bike on 14th of October from zoomo and had paid advance rent, starting fee and the deposit to zoomo. On 17th of October Zoomo's third party barged into my buildings lobby without permission and broke the lock of my bike and took it away without my permission and notifying me. When I came back home I was not able to find my cycle and I thought it got stolen. This caused me serious distress and anxiety because I thought now I would be blamed for it. After some time I received an email from team zoomo that their third party took away the cycle from my buildings lobby by mistake and now I'll have to come again to their showroom to collect another cycle. I was only able to use my cycle for only 3 days despite of the fact that I had given an advance rent for 7 days. Additionally as they took away my cycle I had to bear the cost of travel to my university which I used to go on the cycle. I have been constantly emailing team zoomo but I have not been receiving any response for them. Team zoomo should refund my rent as they did not provide me the complete service and took away the cycle without my permission like thieves do. I reserve the right to take legal action as they not only failed to provide me the complete service even after charging me the entire money but they barged into my building's lobby and forcefully took away the cycle without my permission and now they are not even replying to my query. I would suggest everyone not to use this pathetic service as they can not keep up with their agreement and commitment. I have all the necessary evidence and documentation to support my claim.
