Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

Excellent service each time the different team came to my home they were very friendly and polite. They respected my property by delivering the items without causing any damage to walls etc. Very happy with the service and would recommend.

The tracking was good and simple to use. Got updates from start to finish. Got a time slot on my chosen delivery day. Got a phone call shortly before delivery and the female carried through garden to where I wanted it. Very helpful and polite
