Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

A smooth delivery from start to finish. Having been given a time slot, the delivery driver contacted me on the day about 30 minutes before arrival. On arrival, both the guys were very friendly and helpful. They took my old mattress out to the van and brought the new one and positioned it on the bed taking great care. They made sure I was happy and took all the packaging away as well. A very smooth operation.

Friendly and efficient collection. I was told by the guys that my refund would be processed quickly after the goods went back. That hasnβt happened but I guess that is an issue with Dusk.

Rhenus lost the original shipment which caused a great deal of inconvenience and cost. After finally admitting the loss the supplier sent a replacement which Rhenus took over a week to deliver. They then tried to deliver the original 'lost' shipment. Not impressed.
