Had a sofa delivered to a city centre apartment where the parking is at the back of the building (a different street address, but access is actually closer to my apartment than the main building entrance). This should be simple to arrange, but there is no option to add a note for the driver when booking a delivery date. No way of getting through to a human on WhatsApp "customer service" (automated chat only). Email I received 2 days before delivery which specifically asks for parking/access information comes from a 'no reply' account. This email says you can talk to a customer service agent on WhatsApp (as above, you can't). Automated chat on WhatsApp says that a tracking link is provided with the delivery timeslot - it is not - which the bot then claimed must be a 'technical issue'. Only got the driver's direct number 20 minutes before the delivery slot and when I called him, he was unable to understand/not listening to any directions. He ended up parking illegally on a pedestrian crossing and then complained about having to deliver the sofa to the apartment - the crew wanted to dump it in reception rather than take it up in the lift. I can't really blame them for this attitude as the system is not giving them the information needed to make a quick and safe delivery. This service might work for you if you live somewhere easy to find, with straightforward parking arrangements and no stairs/lift. Otherwise, avoid. ETA: noted Rhenus's response below. To re-iterate, there is NO option to speak/chat to a human being after dealing with the chatbot. None of the automated options give you chance to get through to an agent, and if you give a reply other than the numbered auto-responses, it simply stops responding, unlike other chatbots that will "admit" they have been unable to understand your query and offer alternatives.

Successful second visit, this was required because the WhatsApp comms aren’t monitored therefore the precise instructions for delivery were not used first time around. After the first failed delivery I contacted the seller and again gave specific delivery instructions however either they or Rhenus despatch did not pass them to the driver. Fortunately I rang the driver and suggested he call me when 10 minutes away which he did so I could flag them down.
