Highly recommend Rhenus delivery
Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

Other couriers/home delivery services should take note - Rhenus were excellent from start to finish. I was given flexibility to book a date that worked for me, had clear instructions to ensure smooth delivery and was provided with fantastic tracking. My only feedback is their chatting service. I wanted to provide further information about access requirements to my property and the automated Whatsapp chat couldn't help with this. I did email but received no response. Other than that, I cannot fault.
