The booking process was the most difficult as it wouldn’t accept my serial number online so had to call up and book. They couldn’t recognise it either so just used a “generic” serial number which didn’t seem right to me. The tech who attended was very friendly, polite and informative. He spent time checking all the possible issues and noticed that I needed a replacement item and ordered this for me without me having to ask. Very happy with the tech service, not so much the booking process.
Arrived on time, polite and courteous. Very tidy and cleaned up after the works. Explained what had been done. Excellent service Many thanks
Very competent and very professional. Came with the spares BEFORE looking at the combi oven. The engineer had a guess that it was probably the issue. Result no time wasted for the engineer, for the company and for the customer. Excellent. Well done.

Repairman was professional and courteous. I’m happy for the convenience to call up for repairs when I have an issue with my washing machine. Outside of this, I’ve asked him for advice on on of my other appliances and he’s related the information in an actionable way. I am quite pleased with his service - happy with him in particular.

Very friendly, kind, polite, humorous Lindon and with equal expertise in his profession. An unusual fit and strong man! Moving my inbuilt double AEG oven out of the slot and putting it back without damaging my units! Bravissimo!

Great service from start to finish. AEG tumble dryer broke down after 10 yrs service. Contacted AEG service centre. Repair costs explained, appointment made via Respond Services for repair. Service engineer Ian attended a few days later, thoroughly examined the tumble dryer, identified a few issues, carried out partial repairs with new parts and machine working safely. Engineer Ian returned a few days later, completed all repairs with further new parts, tested machine thoroughly to confirm machine back in perfect working order. Totally pleased with his work, very pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman. Respond Services helpline very efficient, would definitely recommend, THANK YOU.
