The booking process was the most difficult as it wouldn’t accept my serial number online so had to call up and book. They couldn’t recognise it either so just used a “generic” serial number which didn’t seem right to me. The tech who attended was very friendly, polite and informative. He spent time checking all the possible issues and noticed that I needed a replacement item and ordered this for me without me having to ask. Very happy with the tech service, not so much the booking process.

Engineer tried his best but voltage failed to reach right side of plates. After an hour of testing and retesting, wiring and re-wiring, he decided that it is impossible to repair hub. Engineer suggests that ‘ Domestic and General ‘ must replace Electrolux hub.
