The booking process was the most difficult as it wouldn’t accept my serial number online so had to call up and book. They couldn’t recognise it either so just used a “generic” serial number which didn’t seem right to me. The tech who attended was very friendly, polite and informative. He spent time checking all the possible issues and noticed that I needed a replacement item and ordered this for me without me having to ask. Very happy with the tech service, not so much the booking process.
Arrived on time, polite and courteous. Very tidy and cleaned up after the works. Explained what had been done. Excellent service Many thanks
Very competent and very professional. Came with the spares BEFORE looking at the combi oven. The engineer had a guess that it was probably the issue. Result no time wasted for the engineer, for the company and for the customer. Excellent. Well done.

We received a prompt response after logging a call, and got an appointment just a few days later. The engineer was very knowledgeable and gave us extremely valuable information about our appliance, which was not easily apparent from the instructions. He was friendly, helpful and fast, and the visit was super valuable to us.

I needed a repair for our AEG microwave/combi oven. I contacted AEG on line and easily booked an appointment for an engineer to visit. I was then contacted by Respond services who said they could come earlier than I had booked, so I took the earlier date, which was great. The engineer arrived punctually and new exactly what the problem was. He had the correct replacement part which sorted out our problem. He was clean, tidy, and efficient. He also explained a few things about the microwave that I hadn't realised, which was most helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future should I have a problem with our appliances.

on time was about the only good thing, he phoned someone else for advice, left me without any solution and no offer of a replacement discount fridge. which was there promise if they could not fix it, So l am a 149 pound lighter which i could have put towards a new fridge, Never again

Great friendly service! Engineers arrived within time period set and was able to identify cause of fault within a few minutes. Very polite and engaged throughout. Fingers crossed the problem doesn’t return, but I can’t fault the service provided.
