The booking process was the most difficult as it wouldn’t accept my serial number online so had to call up and book. They couldn’t recognise it either so just used a “generic” serial number which didn’t seem right to me. The tech who attended was very friendly, polite and informative. He spent time checking all the possible issues and noticed that I needed a replacement item and ordered this for me without me having to ask. Very happy with the tech service, not so much the booking process.
Arrived on time, polite and courteous. Very tidy and cleaned up after the works. Explained what had been done. Excellent service Many thanks
Very competent and very professional. Came with the spares BEFORE looking at the combi oven. The engineer had a guess that it was probably the issue. Result no time wasted for the engineer, for the company and for the customer. Excellent. Well done.

Appointment booked, I got a text the day before with ETA the following day. I received a call 10 minutes before arrival, work carried out, quick clean and tidy service. I will definitely buy from Electrolux in the future if this is the aftercare service you receive. Thankyou.

The engineer let me know when he would arrive, was happy with our dogs, did a test first but there were multiple faults so it took a while. He had all the parts and knowledge and all done quietly and efficiently

The communications between Respond Services and myself were very good and I was kept uptodate throughout the repair. The timescales of 3 weeks could have been shorter given we were without a major piece of kitchen eqipment for this lenght of time and the repair needed 2 visits to complete as the first engineer did not bring a new part that was required to affect the repair. The second engineer was faultless and replaced the faulty part in good time and with good skill. He fully tested the appliance once repaired and showed me all he was doing, he obviously took pride in his job.
