The booking process was the most difficult as it wouldn’t accept my serial number online so had to call up and book. They couldn’t recognise it either so just used a “generic” serial number which didn’t seem right to me. The tech who attended was very friendly, polite and informative. He spent time checking all the possible issues and noticed that I needed a replacement item and ordered this for me without me having to ask. Very happy with the tech service, not so much the booking process.
Arrived on time, polite and courteous. Very tidy and cleaned up after the works. Explained what had been done. Excellent service Many thanks
Very competent and very professional. Came with the spares BEFORE looking at the combi oven. The engineer had a guess that it was probably the issue. Result no time wasted for the engineer, for the company and for the customer. Excellent. Well done.

They came to fix my oven door. I've been with Domestic General for over 5 years, since my first visit. I advise you to spend a little money to be peaceful if something happens.

Not impressed on this occasion. Following an engineer visit writing my washing machine off due to non availability of parts, D&G seem unable, or unwilling to commit to replacing my appliance, despite being left with a faulty machine. In the current weather, it's reasonable to use more clothing etc. but they don't seem to care too much. So no, not happy with D&G this time around, they need to do better.
