I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. πŸ”Ή No proper paperwork or confirmation. πŸ”Ή They didn’t inform the DVLA like they said they would. πŸ”Ή Left me to deal with all the admin myself – risking fines and penalties. πŸ”Ή Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. What’s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and don’t want the stress, go elsewhere. My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

Easy to organise and good service. Only reason for 4 stars is they couldn’t collect for a couple weeks - otherwise good, simple and easy. Definitely recommend.

Best scrap company

Went online searched many scrap dealers and remove my car gave me the best quote so filled in form and driver was out very quickly explained what would be happening and very friendly and polite helpful and knowledgeable drove my car with respect and even though it was going to scrap he was very careful with it also told me money would be in bank next day and it was so highly recommend this company as does what it says and no fuss or hassle or stress

Very straight forward and prefessional

I used Remove my Car to scrap on old Freelander and was very surprised how quick and easy it all was. Submitted some details on line, had an offer through in a couple of hours and phone calls and emails confirming everything. Even got a little video message from them confirming it all. Very pleasantly surprised.

Positive from start to finish

Positive from start to finish for scrapping our old car. Quote quick and fair. Communication positive, professional and really clear once speaking to local firm (I was slightly confused about a company I didn’t contact contacting me about collecting. But operator explained and relieved my worries!) Did exactly as promised. Driver was professional and clear with what was needed/ what would happen next. Payment speedy. Notifications post collection clear and quick. I’d highly recommend and use again if ever required. 5* service.
