Spoke to accounts assistant Samantha this morning regarding my new account. She gave clear and concise information about the concerns I had and was very polite and helpful. Great quality clear and easy to understand phone call.

Was put through to Debbie in billing and accounts who was an absolute delight to speak to. She helped me with the one account but with all of the accounts I have with Pure. Hopefully get to speak to her next time.

There was an issue with billing that mistakenly led to an overdue charge on my account. I wasn't particularly happy but Debbie was actually brilliant at listening to the issue, getting the charge removed and reassuring me that everything was resolved and my Direct Debit was correctly set up. Very quick at getting my call answered too which is unusual these days.

Phoned Pure Utilities with a query about my bills. Paul was super to deal with. He took his time to explain thoroughly my most recent bills, so that I understood them correctly and that the relevant refunds had been applied. If only other companies had people like Paul working for them. No long waiting times for phone to be answered. Speaking to an assistant who was pleased to be helping the customers. Thank you.
