More letters, More Harassment, More stress

Another letter today demanding money for a debt I do not owe. This comes after a final demand from their debt collector on Friday. Based a deemed contract that is clearly in error and Pure utilities deemed wrong and they have been told so 20+ occasions. They have a contract for the property they claim I am responsible for with the responsible party though choose to harass me for the money and not collect from the responsible party. I have written to them 20+ times, emailed them, spoken to them on the phone, written to their solicitor, written to and spoken to their debt collector and still they tell me I have to pay until I prove I am not responsible. how do you prove that? You have the name of the responsible person, you told me on the phone over a year ago. Leave me alone.

Pure Utilities helped me through the process of getting a water meter installed and set up with easy payments. They made it clear and easy to discuss all the problems I had been having. A truly evil company who gave outside…

A truly evil company who have harrassed me for almost three years for a non supply situation. They have been made aware of since the beginning when they billed me for services while I was in hospital with a Stroke there was no water supply to the building I rented then they claimed it was for sewerage I informed them there was no sewerage to the building then they claimed I was to pay for the rain ffs. I only rented a section of the upstairs of this building which clearly the owners were already paying for scotlands rainfall the downpipes on the flat roof section I rented emptied to the yard space which is a. Build up of hardcore to a depth of 3to4,feet essentially a massive soak away with zero chance of reaching any street drains unless Noah's flood ensued but still they pursued and harassed me while this whole time I'm in stroke recovery they have now passed this to a debt collection agency to further harass me come on pure utilities withdraw this nonsense inform the debt agency you've been. Trying it on and you have no case here and to stop harassing this non customer and further more pay my counter claim for my time my admin and to compensate me for your near three years of constant harassment . Do better life is hard enough for gods sake. going on since 2021and still continues this is a current dispute trust pilotand therefore standards n reply to pure utilities response here I asked advice from the solicitors via federation of small business i have not instructed them to act fir me so i will not pass any such info to you i will deal direct with yiu as I have from The begining of this farce of course the landlord was paying for this rain. Wateenonsense as they are the owner of the roof so you claiming Scotland ish water have confirmed anything is false as I spoke direct with Scottish water on this matter and they said it wasn't possible to confirm without a site vusit so are you telling me you have had a site visit and now have all the relevant paper work to present to me .. well present it as you should have before sending this to a debt collector as you have no right to do this during an ongoing dispute your nothing but bullies but it would make more sense if you gave up years ago as this will not get resolved and must be cost ing you more than your attemting to receive from me I'm ts pathetic ive not been in this property for almost two years and stillthis goes on you currently owe me nearly four grand for my time and admin regarding this do you truly want to continue?i havw been advised to pursue as the legal team agree I have a strong case and given the fines pure utilities have already been ordered to pay out you have a track record of losing, yours without prejudice Marti
