Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Repair

The service I received from Pure Electric was amazing. From the first email to sending the Electric scooter back for repair and then to receive it back so quickly shows what an outstanding customer service they have.

Better than expected.

My scooter came with a broken light, a few scratches and a crack in the wood. I understand there can be shipping damage and factory damage and I don't care for superficial scratches so emailed saying I do not want a full scooter replacement but I'd be happy being sent a new light and a deck. They were super helpful and sent out the part for free and I had them a couple of days later. Great support. The delivery time was great got it delivered next day with no delivery fee. I baught the scooter to travel to and from my parents which is 8 miles (each way) and the journey is very hilly. Due to knowing how these devices are tested I fully expected to get only half the advertised distance from it and I expected that 1 charge would just be enough to get me there and back before it dies (total of 16 miles). I put it on the medium setting and went to my parents, it only took 20% battery for the 40 minute journey. It preformed alot better than expected. Good product, great customer service.

Air3 Pro+…it’s big mistake!

Was buy from them new scooter Air3 Pro+ and was expecting to get that but what surprise was waiting for me when try connect to app. They release new scooter without support app, registration in app is disabled as setup new pin is disabled too, basically you have new scooter but you can’t fully enjoy this as if someone will steal it you even can’t proof it’s yours as can’t register it. Lol
