Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

De juiste keuze…

WOW…, dat kwam er uit mijn mond na het eerste gebruik van deze Nieuwe step van Pure Electric. (Pure Advance 2023 Electric Scooter) Het ontwerp werd door topmensen in de formule 1 en een ontwerper van Dyson ontworpen en dat is te zien, maar ook te voelen. Een topprestatie voor een bedrijf dat pas 3 jaar bestaat. Dit model is van Mei 2023w Dat je voeten nu naast elkaar staan i.p.v. achtereen geeft je niet enkel een veilig gevoel, maar ook beter te besturen. De richtingaanwijzers die zowel vooraan als achteraan is een ideale toepassing, nu kan je veilig van richting veranderen zonder steeds te stoppen en achteruit te kijken. Het inklapbare stuur en opstapjes maakt hem makkelijker te parkeren of op te bergen in huis zonder veel plaats te gebruiken. Niet twijfelen, kopen! De aankoopprijs is in dit geval gerechtvaardigd.

I had a terrible experience with Pure…

I had a terrible experience with Pure electric, purchased Pure pro3 and within two weeks, scooter develop faults ...ON and Offf automatically... then tried to email them about the fault and didn't get any response from them in weeks as they don't any contact number and they only option is contact them via email.. long delays and confused response. After repeatedly emails and warning to approach consumer court then they replied...as my scooter was within one month warranty as I asked a refund but they told me since I use the scooter so now they will pay me 75% of total amount... I told them I was supposed to ride the scooter to try it but they didn't listen and they will not listen.... so sorry to do business with them

Terrible customer service no…

Terrible customer service no information about anything. sent my scooter back to my house with no info about what had been repaired. Had to email and ask what was wrong with it and what had been fixed. They sent it back to me but no email or text to say it was on its way or a tracking number. No information at all so DPD delivered it when no one was in they just left it on the doorstep anyone could have stolen it. Like it appeared by magic. Had a massive hole in the box was left upright on its end I'm surprised it worked when i unpackaged it. Had no idea it was even in the postal system. Worst company ever was under warranty but i wish i had taken it to an independent shop to get it fixed and paid for the repair would have been done in an hour. Took 3 weeks to get it fixed with pure. The stress it caused was ridiculous. Terrible terrible service would not recommended to anyone. The reply is about them saying it was getting sent back at some point in a text message and that the info of the delivery times and date would be sent which i never got so was shipped with no info!!!! The scooter needed a box to be sent to me which i requested on the 28 may it was 3 weeks by the time i got it returned to me fixed. If you hadn’t closed all the shops it would have been a simple nip to the shop to get it fixed. When i asked on the phone why shops had shut and how inconvenient this was i got no reply not a word was said about it just changed the subject. The customer service is terrible. So pures reply is a load of rubbish! Its a terrible company with terrible staff.
