Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Stunning product

Stunning product. Can’t recommend enough. So slick & so easy to use and fold up. LOVE IT. Great customer service & communication on deliveries.

Not a great experience

I paid for the scooter well in advanced for pre-order on the premise that I will get it delivered at a certain date. When I saw that date had passed - I had to contact them myself. There was terrible communication throughout. Then to make matters worse -when the item arrived, I was told it had not passed quality checks. So I had to return it. Hassling experience and don't want to buy or deal with them anymore.

Inner tube

The company are fantastic, they answer questions and try to help, only problem my grandson has is that the inner tubes last maybe 2 weeks, if he is lucky, he has spend quite a bit of money on new inner tubes so far, he loves the electric scooter otherwise

After care support is rubbish!!!

I have a fault with the scooter' I messaged on Facebook pure page and they read the message and didn't respond. I've sent a further message and still no reply also it was no where near next day delivery more like 4-5 days also the range in real life circumstances is very different to what's stated. The scooter is well built however and the fact its waterproof is a huge plus.
