Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

The scooter was delivered on schedule

The scooter was delivered on schedule. This is the second Pure escooter my daughter has had and she is very pleased with it. It has many more features than her first one. The price of the scooter had come down by £90 in a two day sale and when I approached Pure they agreed to refund £50. Thanks for that.

Absolutely disgusting service received…

Absolutely disgusting service received contact via email waiting days for response. Sent scooter for repair either no cosmetic came back with deep scratches and broken lights. Also never received any screws back. To then contact customer service via social media and then get a email to say sorry you have sent the screws... never once cared about the damage caused ..

Inner tube design

My bought my son a pure e scooter a few months ago, there is obviously a design fault with the inner tube as since he had a puncture I've spent £90 replacing inner tubes where the break at the valve. Please don't patronize me how to fix it as I'm an engineer and tried everything to stop to inner tube slipping. Works for a few days and goes again. I asked the guy at Halfords and he agreed it's a rubbish design. We're in hardship and it's so frustrating to the point where he doesn't bother using it.

Bike repair.

It was a shame that the delivery company didn't turn up on the day agreed. The turn around on the repair was very good.Pity that the pedals were not in with the bike when it was returned to me. Bike is now fine and I hope to have many hours of pleasure enjoying the assistance the battery gives me.

Thanks for the amazing customer service. I unfortunately had a fault with my scooter but Pure arranged for it to be picked up the day after I contacted them and it was sent back within a few days repaired. Would recommend this company and their products
