Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

I was never a fan of electric scooters…

I was never a fan of electric scooters until I purchased one my self and it’s changed my outlook on them. I use it to and from work as living in a city it’s a nightmare to park in my area. I hope pure electric scooters bring out a new version with front suspension for a bit of relief in the arms

Fantastic!

I've owned my Pure Air 2nd gen for a little more than a year and i love it. Its well made, handles well, has all the safety features you want and looks stylish too. I have however recently had some issues that required it to go back to Pure for some work and I can now say their customer service is fantastic too.

Happy but hard work to get sorted Email correspondence took far too long

Email correspondence took far too long, only 1 reply per day. The scooter was fixed fine and delivered back to me. Took three weeks and a lot of emails and parts were delivered to me rather than pure electric,which held up repair time.

Delivered within advised timeframe

Delivered within advised timeframe, well packaged. Connection fits perfectly, after trying supposed compatable chargers from other companies and had to send them back, I wish I would have tried tha actual Pure Electric brand at the onset.
