Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Excellent experience with prospect estate agency with out recent house sale. Thanks to Micahel Sharp, Ross and Ruth for coordinating this sale end to end. The only thing that could have been better were the solicitors. We went with the recommended Cook Taylor Woodhouse and definitely was a bad experience. However this is in no direct reflection on Prospect agency.
