We came across Prospect when looking for a new flat closer to work, we viewed a flat with Matt, who was friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and just a genuine pleasure, we put an offer in there and then, since then we’ve been dealing with Chris who is always very responsive by email and happy to help, nothing is too much hassle, he is very professional and friendly and gives that personalised touch. Prospect appear to be a lot more personalised and family orientated than other lettings companies we’ve used, much better than the company we used previously.
