Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

From a different perspective, we are contractors working along side prospect and are subcontracted work. The team have always been a pleasure to deal with. Not everything always goes to plan but the team are always soo helpful in getting everything resolved. We deal with Kate, Lily, Kodie, Betsy, Nikki, and Chloe mainly. They are always friendly, and the communication is always great. We always have to pop in to branches for key collection and have always found the branch staff to be helpful and friendly also. So a wonderful team of people and a pleasure to work with. We have had the same consistent experience over the 2+ years we have been with them.

Our interactions with Bernadette Martin (Sales Progression for Reading, Sandhurst and Winnersh Branches) were excellent throughout. She updated us with clear comms consistently, and was the ‘highlight pilot’ through a few turbulent situations elsewhere. I would highly recommend Bernadette and Prospect for anyone buying/selling your home.
