Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

By far the best service one could’ve wished for, so if you are thinking about buying or renting your next home? I’d definitely give them a chance. Can’t fault them at all, really impressed from start to finish with the customer service and support! Will happily use them again in the future

We just rented a property via Prospect. Normally, we get led around in a rush when viewing rental properties, but the agent in this case was really good and took the time to show me around properly. Once we decided to move forward, Stefano was great in the office, helping to get everything signed off quickly as well as answering questions in a very friendly manner!

Charlotte from Prospect was brilliant. She was very quick to respond to any queries and questions and found the perfect place for me to rent. However, dealing with "goodlord" was a pretty horrendous experience. They are far more interested in trying to sell you insurance, utilities and broadband than anthing else. If being forced to use "Goodlord" be prepared to receive an onslaught of cold-calls, texts and emails, all claiming to be either "on behalf of" or "in connection with" Goodlord.
Charlotte was excellent from the start with helping us find a property and the whole process after that. Regular contact and keeping us in the loop was fantastic and she made the whole process of moving feel easy. Was happy to answer any questions if we had them and this helped with the overall process. Can’t thank Charlotte and the Prospect team enough for helping us!!
