Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Abi is a great example of what a good sales person is. She came across as knowledgeable, polite, responsive without being pushy or impatient. I had a fantastic experience with her.

What an outstanding service from start to end. It’s been a long ride, but throughout we have always felt like every member of the team at Prospect is ‘on it’. The communication has been outstanding and the team have been really proactive in getting everything over the line. Matt was the first member of the team we spoke to at Prospect and has remained our key contact throughout, he’s somehow managed to either take every call we make to him, or at worst, return it before the day is out. Michael and Beth have also been wonderful - providing cover if Matt is away and making sure we’re constantly updated. The whole team have been incredibly polite, helpful, efficient and very effective - I can’t recommend this agency highly enough! Thank you all for your unwavering support.
Michael and the team at Prospect have extensive knowledge and expertise, which is applied meticulously to ensure they get the right outcome. Having worked with Michael on a recent property sale I can say with confidence his approach to the sale process, knowledge of the local area, competence and communication style allowed for he to feel comfortable that I was in good hands. Due to unforeseen circumstances the sale was not quite as smooth as we all had hoped but he never wavered, dedicated to working hard with me and potential buyers to ensure we achieved the right price from the right buyer. Michael went the extra mile to guide us through two sales of houses . The sales had some challenges which he was able to help both us the seller and the buyer to understand and quantify. This was perhaps more of a challenge given the cultural backgrounds and different approaches to buying and selling of property. I can recommend Michael and his team.
I am super satisfied for the service that Charlotte delivered to us. She was very nice everytime when I ask something to her. She is also very well organized and clarifying the steps moving forward. Reading Prospect are terrible. THEY DONT PAY THE CLEANERS they send to their properties. SHAME OF THEM. DO THEY KEEP CLIENTS MONEY ???
Dear Javindar Lota, You will be costing your business a lot of money with your pushy and disrepective approach to getting a sale. You asked me twice and i said i already have a broker in place and as a matter of fact have a decision in principle. But you still went on and on to try and get me finance. All i ever wanted is a service with a potential to have a close, but you were will to give that away. i hope this gets to your superiors, you a liability to the company. I will get rid of you if i were to be your boss without a blink,you should know by now in your career what "A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE LOOKS LIKE" . Learn not to be pushy and you will always win. You just lost a potential customer, but rest assured i will give you a review you deserve
