Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

We came to Prospect following a long and arduous journey of not having sold our family home for the last 6 years. From day 1, Beth was there to listen to us and provide us the reassurance that she will get the sale completed. From tailoring the viewings for us and finding a secure buyer everything was done smoothly with impeccable communication. Post move encountered an issue with the moving company leaving a fitting behind, once again Beth was helpful in organising communication with the new buyers for retrieval. Overall I couldn’t recommend Prospect enough to anyone looking to move in the Wokingham area. Will certainly look to obtain services from them in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had a somewhat epic chain with my sale and purchase and everything was going along as expected until it wasn’t! Beth came into her own at this point and grabbed it with both hands. She absolutely stepped up and went above and beyond in terms of chasing, calling, emailing. She did way more that the other agents involved in the chain and I’m now comfortably settling in my new house! Something I don’t think that would have happened if Beth hadn’t been prepared to herd all those pesky cats for me! You only know how good someone is when things go wrong…. Thanks Beth!
