Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

I can’t thank my property solicitors enough for their fantastic support, especially Michelle Eyre, who was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. From start to finish, Michelle guided me with such clarity, professionalism, and patience — I genuinely don’t think I could’ve gotten through it all without her. Her communication was always prompt and clear, and she made what could have been a stressful experience feel completely manageable. Michelle is exceptionally good at her role, and it’s clear she truly cares about her clients. She is a credit to the company, and I feel very fortunate to have had her on my side. Hayley Worthington dealt with the sale of my parents property. Having recently lost both of my parents, this was a difficult time for me personally. During all of this, Hayley has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Hayley has kept me informed every step of the way. She has been friendly but also professional both when speaking on the phone, and via email. Hayley has been very efficient dealing with any queries I had, and timely in sending documents to me. Hayley Worthington from Premier Property Lawyers provided an excellent service when I was selling my property. Hayley was highly professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly at all times. She always got back to me promptly when I had questions and made the whole process very easy and stress free. Hayley ensured that the sale went through smoothly and quickly. I was very grateful to Hayley for her support with the sale as I had been through a recent bereavement and was not in the best of health. Not having to worry about the sale of the property really helped and I will always be grateful to Hayley for making it so easy and surpassing my expectations. If I could give less than 1 star I…
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I completed Dec 2023 and a complaint was made some time after as the company mislaid all my documents and didn't submit the title registration to land registry. The complaint was upheld. I was told that a copy of the docs for my purchase would be sent to me when they were available. I have been told (over a year later) that these docs are available and can I pay for them to be sent to me. I have emailed and called multiple times over the last 4 weeks to explain there shouldn't be a fee due to the complaint and no one is getting back to me. I have now raised a second complaint. This company is a the worse Solicitors I have ever dealt with and any initial savings on their fees have been eaten up in the time it has taken me to try to sort out their errors since. Never again

We were very surprised how quickly Hayley Worthington was to assist us through the whole process in the purchase of our first home. We were able to complete the transaction in 10 weeks, from the day of first viewing to having the keys in our hands. This is mainly due to Premier Properly Lawyers being efficient in there process, availability to answer question and guide us through the best route.
