If I could give less than 1 star I would. I completed Dec 2023 and a complaint was made some time after as the company mislaid all my documents and didn't submit the title registration to land registry. The complaint was upheld. I was told that a copy of the docs for my purchase would be sent to me when they were available. I have been told (over a year later) that these docs are available and can I pay for them to be sent to me. I have emailed and called multiple times over the last 4 weeks to explain there shouldn't be a fee due to the complaint and no one is getting back to me. I have now raised a second complaint. This company is a the worse Solicitors I have ever dealt with and any initial savings on their fees have been eaten up in the time it has taken me to try to sort out their errors since. Never again
