Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the βe-Way conveyancing made easyβ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Even though the local council made a hash out of it, Natasha persisted, kept on it to make sure the deeds would be correct in the end. Even though I initially wasn't sure to go with a big company like PPL, having Natasha look after our case personally was very reassuring. Thank you.

Get what you pay for?
Reading the reviews there seen to be 2 experiences at each end of a spectrum. Unfortunately ours is at the 1 star end of the spectrum. After 3 months the initial enquires haven't been sent due to a 'data migration' issue. There doesn't seem to be any way to resolve or escalate this so the chain is failing due to the pack of any progress due to Premier Property Lawyers. Emails and calls go unanswered. There is no progress update. I would not recommend using their services at all.

Thank you for being completely useless which ended up in collapsing the chain, we have found a better property now. If you would like to go in circles with an awful communication and wait until someone loses a patience and breaks the chain then I recommend Premier Property Layers
