Excellent Service

This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Quick and easy

DO NOT USE

This has been the worst experience, with an online portal that doesn't tell you anything and Conveyancers who are exceptionally rude.. thats when you manage to get hold of them which is rare. I would not wish this experience on anyone, reading these reviews makes me believe most of them are AI. This is costing us our house sale and we are potentially going to lose our dream family home. Absolutely devastated. Not only have we tried to raise concerns but so have estate agents and our lender. Do not use this company if your house if worth buying.
