Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Some solicitors are great
My solicitor was very helpful and patient with me as I hadn’t bought a property for a very long time. It was frustrating that she went on holiday just before my completion and the person she asked to look after my account did absolutely nothing which massively increased my stress levels as I didn’t think I would be able to complete on time and all the services I had put in place would have been a pain and expensive to change. This person, who never put their name on their emails, just kept writing that they would pass my case for their manager to review - which was so unhelpful. Luckily my solicitor pulled out all the stops to make sure completion happened on the scheduled date. The sellers solicitor did take 5.5 hours to confirm they had received the money which then held up the releasing of the keys and lost me a day of getting my possessions into my new house which was not ideal. My solicitor continued trying to contact them and eventually confirmed the keys could be released at 4pm. Overall it was a fair bit more stressful than it needed to be.

I did not find the Hub very easy to use…
I did not find the Hub very easy to use and it was sometimes necessary to go through all the categories to find what was incomplete or hadn’t yet been addressed. I also found that there were occasions when during office hours I could not get a response from my solicitor regarding something I did not understand or was unsure about. When I did get a response it was pleasant and helpful.2025

Daryl Wyatt - exceptional!
We have just completed on our remortgage and transfer of equity. Daryl Wyatt was our conveyancer and he was absolutely fantastic! He explained things amazingly well and thoroughly and was very prompt at replying to any queries we had. He saw through our transaction with great care and professionalism. I am Head of Client Services for a UK financial services company so service for me is always key and the service I received from Daryl was exceptional. He is an asset to Premier Property Lawyers!

Rachel is a great solicitor, very professional yet down to earth, she is available to speak at convenient times and she is always willing to help. She works quickly, shares good knowledge and translates complicated documents into an easy to understand verbal update. Our conveyancing solicitor, Paula Morris, was extremely efficient and helpful. My experience using Premier Property Lawyers was nothing less than excellent. Never having used an online process for a house sale transaction, I am now converted! All the various matters were clearly set out on the dashboard and if anything needed chasing, it was done almost immediately and not at 'snail pace'!

Honestly avoid this company
Honestly avoid this company, while they dealt with the sale of my house ok even though I had to constantly phone to keep the process going. The subsequent purchase of my flat has been a constant headache, with me always chasing them, rarely could I get through to my conveyancer and only just managed to complete on the agreed day due to his incompetence, which could have cost me a lot. Having completed now I am still waiting for documentation on the freehold which should have been sent months ago, they are not responding to my emails, voicemails and I can’t get through to them on the phone. This experience has been absolutely terrible and still not finished. If like me you are checking reviews because you have instructed them and starting to regret it, I would advise you to cut your losses and go with a different solicitors, I wish I had!!!
