Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

EASY
PPL are so easy to deal with. Mostly everything is automated and online via their portal, its easy to track your progress, and you are notified if anything new gets added for you to complete, making it super simple. Unfortunately, not all solicitors are online-based based which makes the whole process a lot slower.

We used Premier Property Lawyers as they were one of the firms mentioned to us by our estate agent. From the very beginning it has gone so smoothly. We were lucky enough to have Donna Hale as our conveyancer and I cannot fault her one bit. She has always responded to emails on the same day, usually within a couple of hours of them being sent.
