Excellent Service

This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

A breeze

PPL have been a breeze when it’s come to my house sale. Andrew Self oversaw my transaction and he kept me informed of the progress throughout via calls and email. He was efficient, friendly and worked at pace. The webpage was easy to use with a really useful case dashboard which clearly tracks your sale progress and outstanding tasks. I would definitely consider using the services of PPL again in the future, thank you so much and thank you to Andrew.
