Excellent Service
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

Terrible experience..
Terrible experience.. Terrible experience... my house was sold. They had MY proceeds from the sale in their account. They wouldn't give me MY money for 2 days inspite of promises it would be paid the first day. I had to call and email several times. I basically had to beg for my OWN money, and send a picture of a written note confirming I wanted my money! Inspite of them checking my bank details, me paying the fees and completing all levels dpa and security to confirm I'm me. Scandalous.

A great experience
This is my first time going through the house buying process, and Donna made the experience so seamless. She always kept me up to date on the progress, I didn't have a straightforward house buying process due to personal circumstances, but Donna was very understanding and helped me along the way. I would definitely use them again and have recommended Donna and Premier Property Lawyers to others
